No Risk

In these tough economic times, it can be difficult to decide to try something new. But at the same time, it can be more dangerous to stay the course. Where is your path leading you? Are you happy with the results? Or do think there can be something better?

For me, the risk of starting a business full time has always seemed great. I stand at the gate and look over the garden that is my possible future and fear to take that first step — wondering if hiding among the greenery are weeds and vines that threaten to choke out any possible prosperity. To mitigate the risk though, I have put together a plan which included working part time as well as accepting just about any freelance work that came around. It also included creative belt-tightening.

So I understand when a potential customer may be hesitant to trust using my services for the first time. Can they see the potential benefits and  profits? I can spout off statistics and provide links to studies that show the benefits of using services like mine. I can brag all day about my past successes and quality of customer service. But at the end of it all, the customer must weigh the risk to their bottom line. And is the risk bearable?

So I thought about it. For the past couple of years, I have offered to provide digital portrait painting for tips. Since this was a new form of art, I thought that if I could remove the financial risk to the buyer, they would be more apt to use me. So how can I offer something similar to the real estate market? Here’s what I have in mind:

Let me shoot your property and build a virtual tour for it. If you like it, you pay for it. If you don’t, I will delete it. Simple. Try before you buy, as they say.

So for at least the rest of summer, that will be the deal. Please contact me for full details.

Thanks!
